TaskmgrPro is a Windows Task Manager enhancement tool. In other words, it is a plug-in that improves the original task manager and adds quite a lof of functionality to it. It can be installed and uninstalled quite easily, and the Windows Task Manager doesn't resist at all, at least in Windows XP.
The application adds a few tabs to your Task Manager (the application that is launched by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on most systems). These Are TCP/IP, Startup, Shutdown, and Shares. It also adds functionality to those tabs that were already there. For example, when you have this app running, you can kill multiple process in the Applications and Processes tabs. You can also save a list of processes to a file that will remember the processes' names and then terminate them on request. TaskmgrPro also improves the Services tabs, showing much more data about all your services than before.
The new tabs are very interesting. The Startup tab allows you to access the functionality of the startup application manager, which you can normally access by launching "msconfig". The Shutdown tab brings a scheduler to the Task Manager, which allows you to set time for your computer to be shut down automatically, among other things.
All in all, this is an incredible enhancement tool. It brings a lot of functionality to your Task Manager and it couldn't be easier to set-up. I recommend it.
